Room #1 - downstairs, with Queen size bed for 2 and her own bathroom ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for all bathrooms) Room #2 - Master bedroom w/bathroom attached and California King memory foam mattress , huge walk-in closet,40" smart tv, ceiling fan Room #3 - Queen size bed Room #4 - Queen size bed Den upstairs - day bed with 2 twin size mattresses, ceiling fan Children are welcome but if they are under the age of 16 they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times 3 bathrooms- 2 of them with bath tub Swimming pool for the hot summer days. *Pool/spa can be heated for additional price of $100 a day October - May. This home also offers free Wifi and Netflix tv, DVD player and Cox tv *Items such as propane and charcoal for the BBQ may be purchased for additional cost. *I can provide Daily or Weekly Cleaning Service if needed. Inquire for details. *Kitchen: Dishes and utensil Cooking utensils Coffee maker Shaker Oven Stove Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Very close to the Strip and all the big and famous Casinos, where you can attend shows, eat at the best restaurants, gamble. Close to 'must -play" Golf Courses Close to Convention center Close to Shopping outlets and Mall's You can get a taxi or Uber, rent-a car or use the local transportation( bus stop is less than minute from the house). Few small restaurants, Coffee places, grocery stores, and gas station can be found in the area near by my house (less than a mile away) *Parties/ events by request for additional fee * All guest must present ID at check in. No unregistered guest allowed! Please no party's in the house! * You can park on the driveway and in front of the house. * No Pets are allowed, unless arrangement has been made. Additional fee applies
