Beautiful studio apartment in a luxury building right on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a pool area with grills and a hot tub next to the beach. I am on the 9th floor and there is a large glass balcony with a beautiful view. I have a comfortable queen size bed and a cozy love seat, but since it is a studio, it is really only large enough for 2 adults and at most 1 small child. I am clean, quiet, and non-smoking.

You can walk 1 mile up the beach to the Hollywood boardwalk with restaurants, small shops, and bike rentals. The beach also has some more natural/secluded areas if you walk another mile or so North. You can also take a trolley or drive about 5 minutes to get to the small downtown area (has an eclectic, international feel), where there are many great restaurants (Italian, Greek, Argentinian, Latin, Caribbean, Thai, Gelato cafes) as well as several bars where you can dance to live music. Located in the city of Hollywood, Florida, 15-20 minutes South of Fort Lauderdale and North of Miami. It's a 15 minute drive from the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale airport.
