1 room in clean, spacious 4-bedroom apartment available for swap. Technically, the entire apartment is mine, as I am the lease holder, however, I live with 2 other people. The room that I occupy and am offering for swap is in the most secluded part of the apartment and offers privacy and comfort. There are 3 computers available to you, a large desk, space to store clothing, etc. Also there are 3 couches so if you decide to have a late night and retire there, you are welcome to do that as well. The apartment is quite a unique space, it is very colorful and takes a certain type of person to appreciate its charm. See pictures for reference. Common area space has huge windows covering one whole side, hardwood floors and 12-foot ceilings. There is 1 bathroom in the apt and a many fans/AC units. The building is a large warehouse 2 blocks from both the Montrose and Morgan stops on the L train. Itâ€™s about a 15 minute commute from here to Union Square. We are a block away from a park and 2 natural food stores as well as several restaurants and a movie rental place. Also thereâ€™s a coffee shop and karate studio on the ground floor of the building. We have roof access and laundry in the building, on our floor (3rd floor). The neighborhood is quiet and is occupied largely by students and artists. Also we have wireless Internet. This building has been featured several times in the NYT, even making the cover. Live in an up and coming bohemian artist neighborhood. Spend your days exploring Manhattan's galleries and shoppes, and the evenings relaxing in a true artist environment.
